The practitioner at Native Naturopathy follows the Code of Conduct set by the professional association Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA) which they are an active member of.
Payment Terms
When purchasing services or products from Native Naturopathy, payment and billing information is collected securely through trusted third-party payment processors. This may include your name, credit card details, expiration date, security code, billing address, and postcode. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) and comply with industry security standards. We do not store your payment details directly.
Service Policies
Booking Policy
Bookings for naturopathic consultations can be made online via our booking system or by contacting us directly via email or the online contact page. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Full payment is required at the time of booking, processed through our third-party partners. New clients will receive an intake form to complete prior to the appointment.
Pricing Policy
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Any promotions or discounts are valid only during the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and ask for the same respect in return. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation cost. No-shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in a 100% fee.
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., practitioner illness), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling option at no extra cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in cases where we are unable to fulfill the service (e.g., due to our cancellation) or as required under Australian Consumer Law. No refunds are offered for change of mind, completed consultations, or products once dispensed. Faulty products may be eligible for replacement or refund upon inspection.
Client Intake Forms
New clients must complete the initial intake form at least 24 hours before the appointment. Forms are emailed upon booking. If not completed in advance, time will be deducted from your consultation to fill it out, with no extension provided.
Consultation Etiquette and Behavior
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to ensure it starts on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with full fees still applicable. We expect respectful behavior toward our staff and facilities at all times. Any form of aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the consultation, with full fees charged and likely refusal of future services.
