Functional testing will be discussed and recommended if necessary. After your appointment, you will receive a personalised treatment plan via email, including dietary advice, lifestyle recommendations, and prescriptions for herbal medicine and/or nutritional supplements.
Initial consultation

Your second appointment is scheduled typically 4 weeks after your initial visit. This session reviews your test results, response to the initial treatment, and any follow-up questions you may have. Your treatment plan will be adjusted as needed to ensure it aligns with your progress, test findings, and health goals.

To uncover underlying imbalances and the root cause of illness, Zoe may recommend functional pathology testing, such as:
Stool testing: Gut microbiome mapping
Vaginal swab: Vaginal microbiome analysis
Urine testing: Complex UTI screening, thyroid cofactors
Blood testing: General health markers (white cells, red cells, liver & kidney function, iron, vitamin D, B12, thyroid function)
Hair sample: Assess exposure to heavy metals, tissue mineral level analysis
Saliva testing: Hormone profiling (female/male hormones, stress hormones)
